Our terms and conditions

The price of our services will always be in proportion to the benefit generated by the work we do. Nordic Law’s charging policy is based on price transparency and reflects what has actually been achieved at each invoicing. Invoicing is carried out every month during the course of the assignment.
You will find our terms and conditions in the appendix below.

Processing personal data
In response to the new General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EU (GDPR), we have updated our privacy policy. For more information on this, please see ”Processing of personal data” below.

The Swedish Bar Association’s Consumer Disputes Committee
Clients who are private individuals and who dispute an invoice fee, or are dissatisfied with our work in any way, should approach us in the first instance to seek a mutually acceptable solution. If such a solution cannot be achieved, the client can apply to the Swedish Bar Association’s Consumer Disputes Committee to have the matter adjudicated, see the Committee website.
